Functional Flow is a one-hour drop in class designed to support your body so it can support your life. Through breath, joint mobility, strength and stability work, and multidirectional movement, you’ll build deep body awareness, honor your core, and nourish your nervous system.
This personalized one-hour assessment session is designed to meet you where you are. Jes will guide you through an individualized process to observe your movement patterns, explore how your core and pelvic floor are functioning, and identify areas of strength and areas for growth. This foundational session offers supportive insight into your body’s unique needs and sets the stage for building a movement practice that supports confidence, consistency, and well-being.
