Restore Your Core® is a comprehensive exercise program created for people
who have core and pelvic floor dysfunction (Back pain, hip pain, prolapse symptoms, leaking, diastasis recti, ect.) or for those looking to feel more connected in their whole body.
These guided movement classes are designed to help you build deep core strength, pelvic floor function, and full-body awareness. Learn to move with intention, improve alignment, and restore trust in your body through accessible, sustainable practices.
Open to all bodies and experience levels.
Classes run every Tuesday 5:30pm-6:30pm - sign up for the month or drop in (drop in space is limited).

Jes will guide you through an individualized process to observe your movement patterns, explore how your core and pelvic floor are functioning, and identify areas of strength and areas for growth. This foundational session offers supportive insight into your body’s unique needs and sets the stage for building a movement practice that supports confidence, consistency, and well-being.
