What is Restore Your Core® and how is it different from regular exercise?
Restore Your Core® is a method designed to retrain your core and pelvic floor to be reflexive, responsive, and resilient. Instead of focusing only on strength or “flattening your abs,” it helps you move in ways that support your whole body, improve alignment, and build sustainable strength for daily life.
Do I need to have an injury or pelvic floor issue to benefit from your classes?
Not at all! While I work with many people dealing with core or pelvic floor challenges, my classes are for anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and develop a deeper connection to their body and breath.
What’s the difference between group classes and private sessions?
Group classes are a great way to build consistency, connect with others, and learn foundational practices. Private sessions allow me to assess your movement patterns more closely, tailor the work to your needs, and give you a personalized plan to meet your goals.
I’ve never done yoga or structured movement before—will I be able to keep up?
Yes. My teaching is designed to meet you where you are. I use invitational language and offer variations so you can explore what feels right for your body. No experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to move.
I like high-intensity workouts—will this feel too slow for me?
This work can be gentle, but it’s not “easy.” It challenges your body and mind in different ways—through awareness, alignment, and strength built from the inside out. In fact, it often helps people return to higher-intensity workouts with more resilience and less risk of injury.
Do online classes really work for this kind of movement?
Yes! Online classes are interactive, live, and supportive. I can see you, give real-time feedback, and help you make adjustments just like I would in person. Many of my clients love the convenience of practicing at home.
