More about me,
I'm a Movement Teacher, Restore Your Core® Pro Teacher, relational being, and forever student of life.
I help everyday people reconnect with their core, build sustainable strength, and feel confident in their movement—so they can feel more at home in their bodies and in their lives.
Movement for Body and Being is the heart of my work. Because movement isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, energetic, and deeply personal. It’s how we relate to ourselves and the world around us.
I grew up deeply connected to movement and thrived in sports and physical activity. But like many, I was also shaped by diet and fitness culture that taught me to question my worth, disconnect from my body, and measure myself by how I looked and performed. Through years of study, inner work, and embodied practice, I’ve been learning to come home to myself. Now, I support others in doing the same.
Here, you won’t find the latest health and wellness fads—just the steady reminder that you are not broken and don’t need fixing. Our work together is about rebuilding trust in your body and its movement, one breath, one choice, and one moment at a time.
My Approach Is:
✓ Rooted in functional movement + nervous system support
✓ Focused on core & pelvic floor health from a whole body perspective
✓ Exploratory, invitational, and body-honoring
✓ Designed for everyday bodies
✓ Function over fitness
I have spent over 15 years studying movement and the body, but my recent focus has been on core and pelvic floor health, body awareness, and sustainable, accessible movement practices. Below are some of the various certifications and trainings I've completed:
BCRPA Group Fitness
CFES Weight Trainer and Personal Trainer
Salt Spring Centre of Yoga 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training
Prenatal Yoga with Janice Clarfield
300-hour Certified Heart & Bones Yoga Teacher Training
Certified Restore Your Core® Teacher
Yoga Outreach Trauma Informed Core Training
Both Heart & Bones Yoga and Restore Your Core® have profoundly shaped how I teach today, emphasizing accessibility, sustainability, functional movement, nervous system support, and embodied strength.
Work With Me
Beyond movement, I’m a mother of three, and Vancouver Island is home to my heart. You’ll often find me on mountain trails with my sweet pup, soaking in the fresh air and the feeling of my feet on the earth. Nature is a huge part of my own movement practice—it’s where I reset, reconnect, play and remember why this work matters.
I’d love to support you in reconnecting with your body, refining your movement, and building a practice that supports your life and feels like home. You deserve that.
