Restore Your Core® Small Group Series

Limited to 5 participants

A small group movement series designed to help you reconnect to your core, breath, and whole body in a supportive and personalized environment. Using the Restore Your Core® method, we explore functional movement patterns, alignment, pressure management, breath awareness, and reflexive core support.

These classes are accessible for many bodies and experience levels and are especially supportive for those navigating pelvic floor concerns, postpartum recovery, pain, tension, or simply wanting to move with more awareness and confidence.

With only 5 participants, there is space for individual guidance, questions, and a deeper understanding of your own movement patterns.

Come as you are. Build strength, awareness, and trust in your body over time.
