Hi, I'm Jes
I’m a movement teacher, Restore Your Core® Pro Teacher, relational being, and forever student.
My work centers on helping you feel strong, connected, and confident in your movement—not by pushing harder or doing more, but by listening inward. I teach sustainable, functional movement that honors your whole self—body, breath, nervous system, and story.
