My work centers on helping you feel strong, connected, and confident in your movement—not by pushing harder or doing more, but by listening inward. I teach sustainable, functional movement that honors your whole self—body, breath, nervous system, and story.

Functional Flow a one-hour group class designed to support your body so it can support your life. Through breath, joint mobility, strength and stability work, and multidirectional movement, you’ll build deep body awareness, honor your core, and nourish your nervous system.

6 Week Series - A guided groupmovement series designed to help you build deep core strength, pelvic floor function, and full-body awareness. Learn to move with intention, improve alignment, and restore trust in your body through accessible, sustainable practices. Open to all bodies and experience levels. Next Series starts Sept 9th.
